Here are some diet tips that are compatible with any diet plan, any diet pills, and any new exercise regimen.

    1.    Diet with a friend. One of the reasons why Weight Watchers is so effective is because you get the support of a whole network of people. When you diet alone you get zero encouragement, as well as no one to scold you when you fall off the wagon! It’s easier to cheat when you don’t have someone working by your side. Plan meals with a friend, go for healthy jogs, and motivate each other!
    2.    Keep a food diary. You’ll never know which foods you need to cut unless you pay very close attention to what you’re really eating. You may think that you never indulge your sweet tooth, but when you write down every food that you eat, you’ll notice that your snacking habits are not as great as you think. Write down amounts and times too, so you can see when you overeat and when you’re not eating quite enough.
    3.    Eat earlier in the day. You want to be able to burn calories from your day’s food intake, not let them sit in your belly unused for hours and hours. When you eat late at night, you don’t give your body a chance to use what its consumed and extra food gets stored straight to fat.
    4.    Eat more fiber. I don’t think there’s any diet or diet pill out there that would disagree with this advice. Fiber helps regulate your metabolism and it aids digestion. One of the most important factors of health is to get your body working efficiently.
    5.    Slow down! Time how long it takes you to eat a meal and you’ll be shocked at how few minutes it takes you to eat a meal that took you ages to prepare! Take your time, slow down, and enjoy your food. Spend at least 20 minutes tasting, chewing, and swallowing smaller bites of food and you’ll not only enjoy eating more, but your body will get a better chance at noticing when it’s full!
