This diet also allows you to eat as much as you&#8217;d like…well, almost.<br />
For this diet you&#8217;ll need to each three, balanced, small meals, but then in between meals you can have as much vegetable soup as you&#8217;d like. The diet sets out specific meals for you to eat during your first week and then provides a recipe for you to follow for the vegetable soup itself.<br />
This soup takes about 20 minutes to prepare and cooks for about 50 minutes:<br />
1. 5 lbs of onions, chopped<br />
1 lb sliced carrots<br />
4 stalks of celery, sliced<br />
2-3 large garlic cloves, crushed<br />
56 oz of crushed or whole tomatoes, with juice<br />
½ of a small green cabbage, sliced<br />
3 medium zucchini, sliced<br />
¾ lb string beans<br />
6 cups of water<br />
1 can chicken broth (use low sodium broth if you have a history of heart disease)<br />
2 bags of baby spinach</p>
<p>Cooking directions: Sauté in cooking spray the onions, carrots, garlic, and celery for about eight minutes. Add the tomatoes and liquid, cabbage, string beans, water, broth, and some salt and pepper. After a few minutes, add the zucchini and spinach leaves. Bring to a boil, stir, and then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.<br />
This is a great staple food for people who are taking diet pills. For Xenical takers, it&#8217;s good because it&#8217;s fat free, so it won&#8217;t disturb the digestive system, and for people who take Phentermine or Slimmer X, it&#8217;s good because it&#8217;ll adequately fill them up, especially since their appetites have been curbed.</p>
