I’m a big fan of breakfast and of weight loss and diet pills, so when I Googled “breakfast diet” and got some hits, I was thrilled to be able to share my results with you. Apparently there’s a diet that focuses on the importance of breakfast named appropriately The Breakfast Diet.
The Breakfast Diet requires that you eat a large breakfast within one hour of waking up. This large meal should be the largest meal of the day and should include lean protein, carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables. That means a bowl of cereal alone won’t cut it. A large and well-balanced morning meal will offer you the following benefits:
    1. A large breakfast will give you energy to start your day out on the right foot. People who start their day with a small meal often feel more lethargic throughout their day.
    2. Eating veggies early in the morning will help regulate your digestive tract.
    3. Eating more food earlier in the day will keep you full longer and prevent you from binging on junk food later on in the day.
To best reap the benefits of the Breakfast Diet, make sure you follow these simple tips:
    1. Eat your large breakfast within one hour of waking up; that’s when your metabolism works most efficiently.
    2. Consume foods from all food groups during that first large meal.
    3. Throughout the rest of the day continue to eat small, healthy portions of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and carbohydrates.
    4. Exercise!!!!
    5. Take a diet pill (like SlimmerX) to help further reduce your appetite throughout the day and to help your weight loss plan work more effectively.
    6. STAY POSITIVE!
    Healthy breakfast menus:
    • Whole grain cereal with skim milk (look for cereals with 5 grams of fiber or more), sliced peaches, blueberries, a small handful of walnuts, and an egg white omelet with red pepper.
    • Whole grain pancakes with bananas and fat free chocolate syrup, a melon fruit salad, and two mini breakfast sausage patties served with sliced avocado and sliced yellow pepper.
