    When we talk about a quick weight loss diet versus a lifestyle diet, we sometimes forget that some diets are both. The BCM diet and nutrition program will have you dropping pounds quickly, but along the way will teach you the tools you need to keep weight off long term. The best way to follow the BCM diet is to use the BCM products in addition to drinking lots of water and exercising regularly.

    With the BCM diet you’ll have three well-balanced meals a day, each one including the right amount of carbs, protein, and fat. There’s no snacking—sorry!

    The BCM diet takes you through four phases. The first is reduction (6-8 weeks). Instead of two of your regular balanced meals, you’ll substitute two BCM meals instead. The BCM weight loss supplements that you’ll use will help you metabolize and burn fat more efficiently.

    Phase 2 (6-8 weeks) is all about integration. During this phase you’ll eat two of your own healthy meals and only one BCM meal replacement each day. BCM formulas come in flavors like banana, cappuccino, chocolate, vanilla, and others.

    Phase 3: Adoption. Here you’re back on your own preparing and eating all three of your own meals.     The last phase is an ongoing consultation phase. For the next few years you’ll see a doctor or nutritionist who will help monitor your weight loss accomplishments.
